Hello
My name is Briget O'Leary Brown. I'm looking forward to guiding you through our yoga practices.
Hatha yoga is a gentle, balanced practice that combines mindful movement and breath at a relaxed pace. This class supports strength, flexibility, and calm focus—making it an ideal grounding practice for a wellness retreat.

Yin yoga is a slow, calming practice that involves holding gentle poses for extended periods to release deep tension in the body. This meditative style encourages relaxation, flexibility, and inner stillness—perfect for unwinding and restoring balance during a retreat.
My Story
Briget O'Leary, M.Ed., is a published author, dedicated student of lifelong growth, and yoga practitioner. In 2017, her commitment to personal development deepened into a healing journey after attending a lecture by Pat Croce at West Chester University’s Center for Contemplative Studies, inspiring her to establish a daily meditation practice. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Hummingbird Yoga in 2018 and specializes in Yin and Hatha yoga. Rooted in a philosophy of practicing gratitude, exercising both mind and body, and learning to heal from past traumas, Briget enjoys teaching students of all ages and backgrounds. She has taught at Good Karma Yoga, worked with students at Neumann University, and supported a diverse group of athletes, offering grounded, accessible practices that cultivate balance, mindfulness, and well-being.
